Preschool Contract

Preschool Pricing is subject to change annually.  This pricing is on a sliding scale based on the number of days you contract for, and the hours per day.  The schedule for most children will be from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm, 2 days a week.  Please circle which class you are enrolling your child in: Alphabet Adventures Class T/Th primarily for 4-5 yr olds or our Alphabet Discovery Class 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. M/W for 4 yr olds.

Cost for preschool during regular hours is $100 for 2 days, $140 for 3 days, $180 for 4 days.  Additional hours per day would be charged at $5.00 per hour.

Pay the $100.00 nonrefundable enrollment fee: this secures your child’s placement, and includes supplies for your child, including healthy snacks, personalized ABC Book, art supplies, and curriculum fees.  15% early bird discount if enrolled by May 20.

Pay the monthly Tuition.  This is due on the first day of class each month.  Please make checks payable to Alphabet Adventures Preschool.  I will charge a $15.00 fee for any bounced checks.

Drop off and pick up your child on time.  Thank you ahead of time for dropping off and picking up your children ON TIME.  This is very appreciated.

Please help your child dress appropriately for the weather, including shoes that they can put on themselves. 

Travel Authorization: By signing this contract, you give permission for your child(ren) to leave Alphabet Adventures Preschool for walks or for travel in a private car in a designated car seat/booster and participation in activities geared for children. Examples under which children are transported include, but are not limited to, trips to parks, libraries, museums, play centers, shopping and various other field trips designed to stimulate children's interests. These field trips will be advertised in advance.  This travel authorization also includes emergencies.

Medical Emergency:  By signing this contract, you give permission, in case of a medical emergency, in which I am unable to contact you, to get your child the medical attention needed.

Playground release:  By signing this contract, you waive medical liability.  Inherent in playing outside are some risks of accident or injury on the playground equipment. We will not be leaving them unsupervised at any time, and will do our best to prevent any situation from occurring.  We ask for a waiver of liability, so that your own health insurance coverage will pay as primary, and will not effect our preschool fees.

Snacks:  Each day, your child will be provided with a healthy, gluten free snack including local fruits and vegetables when possible.  (We include this at no extra charge to relieve parents bringing a snack on rotation).  

Sickness:  No child who arrives noticeably ill, with a rash, or with a fever will be admitted for the day. Should your child become ill during the day, you will be notified immediately and expected to pick up your child within the hour.
